The Japan Information and Culture Center (JICC) of the Embassy of Japan in the Philippines is now accepting applications for four categories under the Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship Program: Research, Undergraduate, Specialized Training, and College of Technology. This will be for the 2027 intake of the program.
Filipino citizens who meet the following qualifications are eligible to apply:

The deadline for submission is on May 29, 2026 (Friday). Only physical documents hand-delivered or mailed to the Embassy will be accepted.
