Japanese Ambassador Endo Kazuya recently paid a farewell call on Department of National Defense (DND) Secretary Gilberto C. Teodoro Jr. at Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo in Quezon City.
Ambassador Endo recognized Secretary Teodoro’s partnership and leasdership in advancing Japan-Philippines defense and security cooperation.
For his part, Teodoro presented Endo with the Outstanding Achievement Medal for his contributions to disaster resilience and strengthening defense cooperation between the two countries.
