The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) continues to support micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through its Adjustment Measures Program (AMP), which provides PHP500,000 to PHP1.5 million in financial assistance per project.
AMP funding may be used for worker upskilling and capacity building, productivity and business enhancement, product development, just transition initiatives, labor compliance, reward or incentive schemes, and industrial peace–building, helping firms adjust to economic disruptions while remaining competitive.
Eligible applicants include employers, enterprises, labor organizations, and DOLE-accredited co-partners nationwide. Applications should be filed with the DOLE Regional Office where the project will be implemented, together with a project proposal and required supporting documents.
Through this program, DOLE aims to protect both workers and enterprises, promote job creation, strengthen human capital, and build long-term business resilience.
