In a meeting facilitated by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Senate Foreign Relations Panel Chairman Erwin Tulfo and Secretary Theresa Lozada met today with Chinese Ambassador Jing Quan. The officials engaged in a dialogue focused on maintaining open communication lines between the Philippines and China through diplomatic channels.
