U.S. Embassy Consular Update:
The Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines will remain closed for U.S. citizen services and visa appointments tomorrow, July 24, due to continued severe weather in Metro Manila.
We understand the cost, time, and inconvenience that this delay is causing. However, the safety of our staff, U.S. citizen clients, and visa applicants is our top priority.
For those with scheduled appointments tomorrow, please check your registered email address for detailed scheduling instructions. If you have not received any notification or if you have other scheduling concerns, please call our customer service center at (02) 8548-8223 or (02) 7792-8988 for immediate assistance.
U.S. citizens who need to reschedule their passport or notarial appointments should do so through the online appointment system. U.S. citizens with scheduling concerns or other questions may contact the American Citizens Services (ACS) unit directly at ACSInfoManila@state.gov. In case of an emergency involving a U.S. citizen, please call (02) 5301-2000 and request to be connected to the officer on duty.
The offsite Visa Application Center in Parañaque City will remain open on July 24 for all scheduled biometrics appointments.
